Former Big Brother Naija winner Josephine Otabor, also known as Phyna, has come under fire from hair dealer DBeauty Mogul for reportedly refusing to return a “rented” wig after the rental term has expired.
In a message to Instablog that the blog posted on social media on Thursday, the vendor claimed that Phyna had hired the wig for a Sunday, December 10, 2023 movie premiere and that she was meant to return it the following day, but she had failed to do so.
The letter said, “Phyna rented my wig for Sunday, December 10, 2023, at the “A Tribe Called Judah movie premiere.” She is supposed to return the wig on Monday, December 11, 2023. She has not returned my wigs . Would you kindly assist in any way?
The vendor said that there was evidence to support the allegation when asked.
Phyna, meanwhile, has refuted the accusations, calling them the product of “blackmailers and clout chasers.”
She posted on her Instagram account, saying, “Every day, different stories.” These days, it’s blackmailers and clout chasers. You guys need to improve. The air that all Nigerians breathe is phyna. Let Una take a little respite from this absurdity. Even I don’t get tired.
