Human rights lawyer Femi Falana and his son, Falz, have given crossdresser Bobrisky a 12-hour ultimatum to retract defamatory claims. Bobrisky alleged that Falana and Falz approached him to secure a presidential pardon for N10 million.
Falana and Falz deny the allegations, stating they never spoke to Bobrisky about a pardon. They demand a public apology and retraction, threatening legal action if unmet.
Bobrisky’s claims caused controversy on social media. Falana’s law firm, Falana and Falana’s Chamber, sent a cease-and-desist letter to Bobrisky, calling his allegations “slanderous” and “damaging” to their reputation.
