The Federal Government has initiated emergency repairs on the 7km stretch of the Lagos-Sango-Otta-Abeokuta road, a critical route that has faced significant neglect. The repair initiative is part of the ‘Operation Free Our Roads’ program.
According to the Special Adviser to the Minister of Works, Uchenna Orji, the government is committed to addressing infrastructure issues affecting commuters. The repair aims to restore smooth transit for thousands who rely on this route daily.
The Federal Ministry of Works is working with the concessionaire to enhance the condition of federal roadways nationwide.
