Veteran Nollywood actor John Okafor, alias Mr Ibu, has asked Nigerians for assistance as he struggles with his health. He was depicted in his hospital bed in a video posted on the celebrity’s page, pleading for prayers and donations. Mr. Ibu revealed that he doesn’t want his legs to be amputated by the doctors because they are thinking of doing so.
Popular Nollywood actor John Okafor, aka Mr. Ibu, has posted another heartbreaking cry for help regarding his health. The movie actor, whose health has been known to fluctuate, is currently bedridden in the hospital after things became worse.
The movie actor stated he didn’t want his legs amputated since he wouldn’t know what to do with himself thereafter. He appeared on the verge of tears. Mr. Ibu requested financial support from nice Nigerians as well as prayers.
He said: “Hello my name is John Ikechukwu Okafor, Mr Ibu. I’ve been down for so many weeks, all I’m hoping for is your prayers and assistance. I’ve been in the hospital since, as I speak to you I’m still lying down in the hospital. The medical director of this hospital said that the best solution in this case if this new idea doesn’t work, the best idea is to cut off my leg. Just see me, if they cut off my leg where would I go? Where will I go from here? Please be on prayers for me, talk to God almighty, I don’t want my legs to be cut off please, thank you so much, God bless you
