The North-Central All Progressives Congress Forum has vowed to challenge the Federal High Court’s ruling dismissing its suit against Abdullahi Ganduje’s appointment as National Chairman.
Ganduje’s appointment sparked controversy, as North-Central chieftains claimed it violated the party’s constitution and zoning arrangement. The court struck out the suit, citing the forum’s lack of legal standing.
The forum’s chairman, Saleh Zazzaga, instructed their lawyer to file an appeal, seeking interpretation of the party’s constitution and zoning arrangement.
