PETER OBI:CERTIFICATE FORGER’S CANNOT DO THE RIGHT THING

Peter Obi: Certificate forger’s cannot do the right thing. The presidential candidate of the Labour party in the last general elections, during an interview on Arise TV this morning, emphasized that we should not expect anything positive from individuals who enter positions of power through illegitimate means.

He criticized the sudden increase of the purported 35,000 Naira palliatives on Twitter, from 25,000 Naira, as a decision made without careful planning. He stated, “What I have said before is that if you examine the actions of this government since its inception, you can observe a pattern of announcements without sufficient foresight, resulting in limited outcomes.”

He further pointed out that the recent announcement of providing 75 billion Naira to 75 companies raises questions about the selection process. He questioned whether these companies are located in Ikorodu, Kaduna, or Nnewi, and argued that for a country as large as Nigeria, a more impactful approach to manufacturing support would require targeting around 10,000 companies and providing substantial funding, such as one billion Naira each, totaling about one trillion Naira.
