Adaora Umeoji.
The newly appointed Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (GMD/CEO), of Zenith Bank, is the first female to occupy the position in the bank.
I read a bit about her and found out this useful information about her. Adaora Umeoji has a diverse educational background—she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Jos, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and a First-Class honors degree in Law from Baze University in Abuja.

From Adaora Umeoji’s life, I discovered an intelligent woman—her academic feats echo her intellectual curiosity and drive to succeed.
Successful individuals have this insatiable interest in achieving and this curiosity drives them to obtain whatever knowledge that is needed to aid their success so if you are one person who lives life as it comes and by chance, forget it, you will shout “I receive forever”
. Go out there, get knowledge and run with it. Adaora Umeoji’s postgraduate degrees echo her belief in continuous learning and professional growth. If you must succeed be open to continuous learning.
Don’t settle for less. She has about thirty years of working in the banking sector, thirty good years!!! Define consistency again. She is said to have started work at Zenith Bank as a regular staff where she has worked for 26 years out of the thirty years spent in banking.
Her experiences have developed her knowledge of global business practices and leadership strategies. She didn’t attain her position by chance—this woman worked so hard to be where she is today and she deserves all the accolades she’s getting.
Her whole life is an inspiration and I have drawn a lot from it, I hope that every woman out there does too, in fact, every individual who craves success will take a close look at Adaora’s life and learn from her.
I will call her a woman and more. Beauty with brains, opoor! Credit; Eshi Ayo
