Things are very difficult, and life is unbearable for some people. The key thing to keep us going now is tolerance and perseverance. Put your total trust in God and not man. Do not put too much expectation in humans, so that you will not be disappointed and broken.
The rate at which people die all of a sudden is becoming alarming. Most Nigerians know that we are in a
period of frustrations, depressions, confusion, stress, and the likes. All these increases the risk of high blood pressure, which also leads to heart failure or heart attack. Of course, we expect sudden death to happen, which is now Rampant.
Please, move away from being provoked easily by your Children, Friends, Colleagues, Superiors, Subordinates, Partners, Husbands and Wives. Avoid reacting to things aggressively at all times. Isolate yourself from disturbances and worries of any kind. Avoid too much thinking nothing gets done with overthinking. When there is no money or food at home, just stay cool and calm, and trust God to turn things around.
If you don’t attend that wedding this time because of Aso-ebi, in nine months, you will attend the child naming ceremony. Don’t borrow to buy that aso-ebi, more weddings will come and go, avoid exchange of words with people at Home, Markets, Offices, etc. Always check your BP, take your drugs, follow Instructions, and Exercises at least 10 to 15 minutes daily. Make sure to burn that calories, don’t eat and jump from one car to the other without exercising.
Go to see your Doctor immediately if you feel changes in your body, or notice any unwellnes especially your Chest. Try to stay at peace with one another, peace is priceless, and avoid fight with anyone, people may look physically healthy but internally sick.
Don’t be anxious about anything, instead pray consistently, . The word of God in Mathew 6 : 25 says do not worry about life, what to eat or what to drink or what you wear. Your life is more than food and your body is more than clothes.
Beware of Transferred Aggression from others, and do not transfer aggression to people around you.
