Mobin Media is in possession of a Legal Notice issued by the Law Firm of Mekadolf Chambers against three WhatsApp Group Administrators, namely: Rita Anigbogu, Vincent Ndubuisi and ThankGod Ofoelue, giving them 7 days notice to delete the MOBIN FORUM they created on the social media and manage without the authorisation of the patent right owners. The three persons are required to tender written apology and send it to Mekadolf Chambers.
The Legal Notice disclosed that MOBIN is a registered Trademark under the Nigerian law and cannot be used by anyone without the consent of the patent right owners.
The Legal Notice was served on the three persons with screenshot evidence that they removed Barr Emeka Emekesiri and the Mobin Media Correspondent, Ms Grace Mbah, from the MOBIN FORUM and hijacked the Group.
