To pursue the Igbo Master Plan, we submitted the Memorandum to the National Assembly to restructure Nigeria by devolution of power to the Regions by creating six Regional Governments in line with the existing six geopolitical regions so that every region would govern itself and develop at its own pace in Nigeria just like the United Kingdom of Great Britain which has four nations in one country, namely: Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales.
